How to use
Start at the base of your lashes and “work” the wand out towards the tips. Repeat to build. Hold the wand vertically for the bottom lashes. The trick is to coat the outer lashes for almond-shaped eyes, instead of only focusing on the middle section. This works particularly well if you want to avoid droopy eyelids.
