Use:
After shampooing and conditioning, apply the mask to damp hair and leave on for at least 5 minutes to an hour, then rinse thoroughly.

Ampoule treatment: apply the ampoule to damp, washed hair and massage mainly into the scalp. Leave on for 7-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Ampoule + mask treatment: Apply the ampoule to damp, washed hair and apply mainly to the scalp. Leave the treatment on for 7 minutes, then apply the mask directly on top for another 7-10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.
