    Dålig upplevelse

    Jag la en beställning för en vecka sedan och har aldrig fått min leverans. Efter att ha väntat i sju dagar fick jag ett e-postmeddelande där det stod att min leverans hade avbrutits och att varor tagits bort från min beställning eftersom två produkter var slut i lager. För att göra saken värre var en av de avbrutna varorna denna, och det var huvudorsaken till att jag lade beställningen från början. De har nu planerat en ny leverans för de återstående varorna som kommer att ta ytterligare 4–5 dagar. Vid det här laget har jag inget förtroende för att jag faktiskt kommer att få mitt paket. Extremt besviken upplevelse och dålig kommunikation.

      Hi Sana!😊 We truly understand that this feels frustrating, especially when one of the products that was removed from the order was the main reason you placed the order in the first place. If an item sells out while your order is being processed and packed at the warehouse, it needs to be removed from the order in case of a longer delivery time so that you, as the customer, don’t have to wait as long. This also ensures that the other products can still be shipped. You are, of course, not charged for items that have been removed, and any card authorization will be adjusted when the remaining products are shipped. It is common for the remaining products to be shipped separately within a few days, and you will receive tracking updates from the carrier as soon as the shipment is on its way. If the removed product is still of interest, we recommend that you use the "Watch" function on the product page to receive an automatic email if the item comes back in stock.
