Magnesium 375 mg contains a total of 7 different forms of magnesium and is designed with Great Earth's mineral transport system Portamins for optimal absorption of minerals in the gastrointestinal tract. Portamins consists of easily soluble and easily absorbable mineral forms such as citrate, gluconate, ascorbate, malate, succinate and amino acid chelate. The amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells.
Magnesium 375 mg also contains turmeric extract, vitamin B6 and black pepper extract.
Vitamin B6 acts as a synergist to magnesium, which means it increases the absorption of magnesium in the body. Black pepper extract also contributes to increased absorption and bioavailability.
