Alpha Plus Mighty Greens combines a total of 24 ingredients that easily increase your intake of vegetables. The product contains a mixture of barley grass, alfalfa, wheat grass, oat grass and rye grass, as well as the well-known algae spirulina, chlorella and dulse. The greens mix also contains royal jelly, soy lecithin, FOS, apple pectin, beetroot, grape skin extract and blueberry leaves. Russian root, acerola, Aloe vera and ginger are also added.
