Alpha Plus Omega-3 Plus contains MSC-certified fish oil. The fish oil in Omega-3 Plus is an ethyl ester containing omega-3 fatty acids, mainly in the form of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Each capsule gives you 960 mg of omega-3 fat including 480 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. That effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal eyesight. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

Use:
1 capsule one to two times daily. Recommended intake should not be exceeded. This dietary supplement should not replace a varied diet.
