Perk Up Ultra Oil Control Dry Shampoo is an extra-strength dry shampoo specially formulated for very oily scalps. It effectively refreshes greasy strands with scalp-friendly ingredients. Tapioca starch refreshes the roots and absorbs oil, while sea buckthorn, rich in vitamins A, C, omega-7 fatty acids, and antioxidants, nourishes the hair. Bamboo stem extract absorbs sweat and sebum and eliminates odors from both hair and scalp.
