Could only use it a few times, the spray didn't work. Couldn't even make a complaint since I bought it in the store on Drottninggatan. Very disappointed, I lost my money for nothing

Sometimes spray nozzles can get clogged, and it can help to gently clean the nozzle with lukewarm water before trying again.
You should of course be able to get help even if the product was purchased in-store. If you still have the product, we recommend bringing it along with the receipt back to the store so the staff can gladly assist you in reviewing the warranty options ✨
