Use:

Easy 2-step application:
1. Swipe two coats of eyeliner along your upper lash line with the included brush.
2. Carefully apply the false lashes to the eyeliner before it completely sets.
Pro Tip! Need to tweak the lashes after the eyeliner has set? No problem. Gently peel off the false lashes and clean any eyeliner residue from the lashes. Reapply a fresh coat of eyeliner and reposition the lashes.
Since the eyeliner is waterproof, use an oil-based makeup remover to remove it.
