Use:
After washing with shampoo. Apply the mask to clean, damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave to act for 3 to 5 minutes. For extremely damaged hair, leave on for 15 min. Then rinse with plenty of warm water. Use it 1 or 2 times a week.
