Use:
Instructions how to use: 1. Heat up a bowl of hot water, once the water is boiling turn it off. 2. When no bubbles are rising in the water lower directly the mouth tray holding it in the handle so the entire mouth trays is covered by hot water / 80 degrees Celsius. Hold it there approx. 10-15 seconds or until you see the trays is softening in shape (No longer), then quickly move it into your upper teeth row. Squeeze with your finger on the outside of your lip and press inside with your tongue to shape the tray to fit your teeth row. 3. Repeat for the lower teeth row. 4. Note there is no risk burning yourself when inserting the mouth trays. 5.
