First, place the penis in the soft rubber ring. Use a small drop of lubricant on the penis and on the rubber ring, so it feels more comfortable. Then make sure that it closes tightly between the pubic bone and the pump. Now you can start pumping gently with the handle. Pump to the desired effect and size, but take it a little gently at first. You then release the pressure by pushing in the button valve in the upper part of the pump. Now you have blood in the swollen bodies and have an erect penis. You may need to wear a potency ring immediately after using the penis pump to keep the blood in the penis and prolong the erection. A power ring is included with Ingemar.
