The aroma of juniper oil is spicy, woody, and slightly sweet with a hint of freshness. It’s made through steam distillation of the berries.
Spruce needle oil has a naturally refreshing scent that makes it easier to breathe in the warm air, while also providing a relaxing effect. Spruce needle oil is said to have purifying properties, making the air feel fresher. It’s gentle on the skin and is especially great for those with sensitive skin. The scent is fresh, forest-like, and slightly balsamic. It’s produced through steam distillation of the needles.
Grapefruit oil has a fresh and sweet aroma. It’s an uplifting and energizing scent that many find stress-relieving. It can help you connect with your inner calm. It’s made by cold-pressing the peel of the grapefruit.
Essential oils are highly concentrated and should always be diluted before use in the sauna. Mix a few drops of the essential oil into a bucket of water.
