The comment was made 1 weekHey Susanna! 😍 Oh no, how strange that you really can't get the pump up! Here are some tips that usually solve it: 🔧 1. Press down and twist at the same time Often you need to press the pump down a bit and twist to the left to unlock it. 💪 2. Hold the cap firmly Sometimes the entire cap spins instead of the pump itself. Hold the bottom part firmly with one hand while twisting the pump with the other. 🎯 3. Remove the entire pump cap Unscrew the entire pump from the bottle and try to open the pump mechanism when it’s loose – that usually makes it easier. 💦 4. Warm water Quickly run the upper part of the pump under warm water for 5–10 seconds – sometimes the plastic is a bit tight. Love everything about these! The scent is amazing, my hair feels clean but becomes so incredibly soft and shiny! I have naturally wavy/curly hair, so I need a lot of moisture and shine for it to look well-groomed. I have also used these when my hair was over-bleached. I don’t need any shine spray afterwards, as the shampoo and conditioner work wonders. With other shampoos, my scalp can itch a bit, but this one doesn’t bother me at all. Since my hair becomes so manageable afterwards, it’s magical to round brush blow-dry / style it. I sometimes notice that some pumps are hard to get up, my tip is to unscrew the pump and hold it from underneath and screw the pump from the top so that it "opens". Do under for my hair!
Have highlighted hair that has been bleached time and time again. After a wash, my hair I struggled to moisturize completely soft, manageable, and feels fresh and healthy again?! I always finish with leave-in creams so my stiff, damaged hair can get more moisture, but here really no more products were needed!! Makes the hair feel soft and weightless, plus it smells incredibly good. I have quite dry hair and almost always use a moisturizing hair mask when I wash my hair.
