The color is beautiful and the product looks good at first, but unfortunately the longevity is terrible (especially with this lilac shade). We completely understand your frustration – some shades can behave differently than others, even if the formula is the same. As you mentioned, for example, the pink shade and taupe shade apply more evenly and last better. Unfortunately, this relates to the shade-specific differences of the product, and it's not uncommon for lighter or pastel shades to require the use of a primer or base to improve longevity. A light eye makeup base helps the product adhere better and reduces patchiness.
