Purifying Toning Lotion removes make-up, purifies, tightens pores, and helps to preserve the balance of combination to oily skin types. Use:
On clean skin: soak two cotton pads with the Toning Lotion and lightly smooth over the face and neck. Dry with a tissue, or leave the skin damp before applying an oil. It can also be used after a scrub or a mask to remove excess product and prepare the skin for the next step in your skincare routine.
