Layering means that you combine two or more fragrances and that way create unique scents that’ll fit your personality like a glove. Find your favorite CLEAN fragrances and experiment until you create the perfect combination – experimenting with fragrances has never been more fun!

Layering – a step-by-step guide



1. Find your favorite CLEAN fragrances. All fragrances are unisex and for everyone, so you can experiment with just how feminine or masculine fragrance notes you want, depending on your mood. All scents are linear, which means that they stay intact all day – you can be sure that the scent combination you picked won’t change over time.


2. Always start with a woody and rich scent characterized by so-called base notes, e.g., musk, amber, wood and vanilla. These notes are often created to anchor the scent and stay longer on your skin. Sel Santal and Skin are great examples. Let sit on your skin for a couple of minutes.


3. Add the fragrance that you want to be most prominent. This scent will appear even more intense thanks to the base scent.


4. Remember not to rub the perfume into your skin. Dab lightly or let air dry to let your pairing develop and reach its full potential.
