    Adjustment

My first thought was that it is a wonderful product. But after a week of use, my hair feels greasy. Is it adjustment time for shampoos? Or is it simply the wrong product for me.. I have a sensitive scalp, thick hair, and thick strands.

Hi Adut 👋😊 Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience! How nice that the first impression felt so good ✨ When the hair feels greasy after a while of use, it usually doesn't depend on any “adjustment period,” but rather that the product might be a bit too rich for your hair type. Head & Hair Heal is designed to soothe and moisturize the scalp, and on thick hair with coarse strands, the conditioner can sometimes feel a bit heavy, especially if used on the scalp or close to the roots. You can try to: • Apply shampoo twice and rinse extra thoroughly • Only use conditioner on the lengths • Reduce the amount of product If you have a sensitive scalp but also get oily easily, a more balancing or lighter range might suit you better. We’d be happy to help you find the right one if you want 💛 Wishing you a lovely day!

    Milder?

Is this milder or "stronger" than the gentle black facial cleanser? I use the gentle black facial cleanser but it makes me a bit dry.

I understand. Gentle Black is creamier and soothing, perfect for sensitive skin, while Rich Moist Foaming is a mild, moisturizing foam that cleanses effectively, but as you write, it can feel drying for a very dry skin type. The best thing is to go through the ingredient lists and then check what you are specifically allergic to, as otherwise it is impossible to know in advance🙏🏼

    Concern?

Do you need to slowly introduce this? I took it for the first time yesterday and thought it was a bit stinging. I used it after cleansing. I use gentle black deep cleansing oil, gentle black facial cleanser, rich moist soothing cream. In the morning, I only rinse with water in the shower, if I don't shower, I just apply the cream directly since I have rosacea and shouldn't wash too much. "Can" you use toner before even if you haven't used the cleansing products in the morning but just go straight to the cream?

Hey Adut 😊 Yes, it's good to introduce the toner slowly if the skin is sensitive – start every other day until the skin gets used to it. If the skin is still irritated, back off. You can use it in the morning directly on the skin before the cream, even if you haven't cleansed with a cleanser💧 Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day💫

    Does its job

Perfect for spot treatment. If you've had it in the same spot for a while, you can tell it dries out the skin. The pimple goes away faster. It's really super, minus the smell.

    Great cleansing

A cleansing that my hypersensitive skin can handle. Feels clean and fresh afterwards. I might have wished for something more moisturizing, if I hadn't applied moisturizer right after, I would feel tight. I would have probably wished for a fresher scent, but I will now stick with this. Love it! And so economical!

    Comparison

If you use gentle black deep cleansing oil, and can tolerate those ingredients, should you be able to handle the ingredients in this? I have rosacea and only use the oil since I've been so sensitive, but now I'm starting to get pimples.. I really want to max use 2 products

Hi, If you tolerate the oil well, it’s quite likely that you can also tolerate this one, as they are often formulated to be mild and gentle, especially on sensitive skin. However, the oil is gentler as it cleanses without drying out, while the facial cleanser may feel a bit more "cleansing" and can sometimes contain mild surfactants that may irritate sensitive skin. My tip is to try the facial cleanser cautiously, maybe just once at first, and see how your skin reacts. If you notice irritation or increased redness, it’s better to stick with the oil that you already know works for you. If you want to add a serum that suits skin with rosacea and can help with blemishes, I can recommend this one: lyko.com/sv/elixir-cosmeceuticals/elixir-cosmeceuticals-niactil-4---30ml Wishing you a lovely day! 💌

    Disappointment

So disappointed with this shampoo. My scalp is sensitive and this shampoo made my scalp red and itchy after three washes, and even flaky, which I have never experienced before.

Hey Adut! 👋 It unfortunately seems like there’s something in this shampoo that your scalp didn’t like, which is very unfortunate! ❤ It can unfortunately be the case that even if a product is supposed to suit someone according to the description, there can still be something in the ingredients that might be too strong or not suitable for oneself. If you want tips and advice, if you don’t have another product that suits your scalp, I can warmly recommend that you do our hair test that you can find in the Lyko app under the search function - BeautyScan ✨ There are always our hairdressers ready to help find suitable products for everyone’s needs and wishes.

    Gentle

This is the shampoo I always return to when other expensive shampoos irritate my scalp. This one is gentle and cleans the hair. However, I miss shine, but that can be added with another conditioner.

    Baby skin

The skin becomes very soft after cleansing. I think it can be a bit difficult to achieve the white "milk" when I add water after massaging in the oil. I don't use a step 2 cleansing, as my skin screams for moisture and otherwise becomes tight and dry after a second of washing. I only add cream afterwards. I hope my positive feeling lasts, and that my rosacea skin thanks me.
