Nah
I used this from 7th to 9th grade and it definitely did more damage than good. In 8th grade, I started dyeing my hair and used it always a couple of hours before washing my hair. The smell is really good, but I wouldn't recommend it. I usually have damaged hair, and it got worse after dyeing and pulling.1 product in post Nah24 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 6 hoursHi Aino, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 💕 I'm sorry to hear that this oil didn't work for your hair. Mielle Rosemary Mint oil is quite nourishing and can sometimes feel too strong for hair that is already sensitive due to coloring, heat, or mechanical treatment. When choosing hair oil, it's good to consider your hair type and condition – fine and damaged hair often benefits from lighter oils, while thicker and coarser hair can tolerate richer formulations. Also, the amount and method of use have a big impact: it's advisable to use the oil sparingly and avoid tugging at the hair, as especially wet hair is most prone to breakage. Thanks again for your feedback – it's valuable for us and for other customers. If you'd like, I can gladly recommend better-suited alternatives for your hair 💚

Question
Have these been tested on animals? I have these, but for example, the shampoo bottle doesn't say anything about it not being. Also, on Lyko's pages, it says that they do not sell products tested on animals?1 product in post Question9 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHi Aino! Thank you for your question 🥰 In Finland and the EU, animal testing for cosmetics is banned. Wella Company states that they do not test their products on animals, except in some countries where the law requires it. Question
Hi! Is this leave-in or wash-out, and how many times is this used per month or week?1 product in post Question111 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 5 monthsHi Aino, Thank you for your question! This is a rinse-out hair mask. There is no separate mention of the product's usage frequency in the product information, so I would say it depends on your hair's needs ☺️ Generally, once a week or every two weeks is sufficient for hair masks! Here is also a guideline for using the product: Apply the product to washed hair. Let the treatment sit for 5-15 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly and finish with conditioner. Have a lovely start to summer 💛🌞1 likes

Question
Many reviews say it speeds up hair growth, but does the hair grow healthier? And does oil help thicken and strengthen new growth, or is oil just a growth accelerator?1 product in post Question2018 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 5 monthsHi Aino, Thank you for your question 🩷 The oil contains natural ingredients like jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis), rosemary oil, and lavender oil, which together support the well-being of the scalp. Rosemary oil has traditionally been used to promote hair growth, and it can help stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, which may speed up hair growth 😍 This oil can positively affect hair health as it moisturizes the scalp and hair and helps keep them healthy and less brittle. A healthy scalp and well-cared-for hair create good conditions for stronger and thicker new growth ✨ So the oil can both speed up hair growth and help strengthen and thicken new hair, as it supports the well-being of the scalp and the moisture balance of the hair. However, it won't work miracles on its own — good overall hair care, nutrition, and lifestyle are also important 🍏 Hope this helps! 🌷3 likes

Cleaning
Mi! This brush is my absolute favorite, but I've been using it for almost 6 months now and there's dark gunk from hair products stuck in the bristles. How should I clean the brush? I'm afraid to start soaking it.1 product in post Cleaning2732 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 6 monthsHi Aino, You can gently clean the heated brush when it is completely cooled down and unplugged. Remove hair and dust debris from the bristles with a soft brush (e.g. a toothbrush could work well here) or a cotton swab. If necessary, you can lightly wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth – avoid getting water inside the device ✨1 likes
