    Yes to the product, no to the packaging

    The product itself is a clear 10!! I love it and it has done wonders for my hair! Buuut there is one downside, and for me it’s a dilemma whether to repurchase, but it’s the bottle 🫣 the material of the bottle is so incredibly hard! I have fibromyalgia and unfortunately reduced strength in my hands and arms, and it’s so hard to get the product out because it’s almost impossible to press the bottle! My husband sometimes helps me 😅🥹, other times I’ve had to pour the product into another bottle that’s more usable. It would be fantastic if this could be reconsidered 🌸❤️ it would definitely be a clear 5/5 if it weren’t for the bottle!

    What is broken?

    Is there anyone who knows what part is broken? I just picked up my package and heard that something was loose 🫣

      If there are visible damages on the package, the shipping company (e.g. Postnord) should be contacted. If nothing is visible on the outside, you should contact Lyko.
