Balm for Colored Hair
This balm is quite creamy in consistency, smells good, and is pretty economical. My hair is dry and toned with intense coloring, it gets a bit tangled in the lengths and frizzy after blow-drying. Unfortunately, this balm was not sufficient for detangling my hair, I needed "more". Still, I let it sit while I showered. But my hair looked really nice after blow-drying, it didn't get flat or weighed down at all. Moisturizing
My hair is dry and colored with intense dye. I also have a sensitive scalp, so I can't use just any shampoo. This shampoo smells good, is economical, and lathers well. I feel no irritation on my scalp. My hair felt very soft already after the shampoo. Not for me!
I have been dealing with a cold for a while and am irritated around my nose due to all the blowing. I am also significantly drier this time of year, especially now in the cold. Lyko suggested complementing my skincare routine with this. But this definitely did not suit my sensitive and irritated skin. Darkness level?
How dark does this get? In the pictures, it doesn't look very dark. I'm already a brunette but dye my hair a bit darker with 4-0, 4-63, and similar, usually using Wella's color treatment in Espresso. I have sensitive, acne-prone, and combination skin. I easily get clogged pores. My skin is currently very dry, and this night mask isn't quite enough. We can't use perfume at my job, so a body mist is a good alternative. I was looking for a vanilla scent, a fresh vanilla without it being too sweet. I read reviews thoroughly and decided on this one. The scent is feminine and fresh, I find it quite floral with hints of vanilla. Not quite the scent I was looking for. The scent lasts longer on clothes than on skin. I like this one, just the right coverage and it doesn't get too glowy. BUT I get itchy from it, so I can only wear it for a maximum of half a day. Between Toning and Color
I am already a brunette, but I tone my hair a little darker. This intense toning gives a good result without negatively affecting my sensitive scalp. I have varied between different dark brown shades. I don't have particularly thick hair, it goes about to my armpit and is a bit dry. One package is just enough when I apply it to towel-dried hair, in dry hair it's on the edge. 4-6 is a dark brown tone with a bit of red in it, just dark enough and just red enough. The result lasts about 6 weeks, max 8 if I use color bomb frequently in between. I have used other brands, but this one holds best in my hair and I get no reaction on my scalp. Intensive Toning
I'm already a brunette but want my hair a little darker, but I don't want to use permanent color so I get roots. This intensive toning gives a good result, is easy to use, and doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp. I usually pour all the color into a bowl so I can keep track of the amount and let the color sit for 30 minutes in towel-dried hair - because I think it feels backwards to apply it to dry hair + then it uses more color. Washes out gradually and I need to dye again about every 6 weeks.
