    Sparser Comb

Is there a sparser comb than this one that is suitable for combing out curls without them disappearing? I have a hard time keeping the curls, and the Lyko comb unfortunately brushes them out a bit too much even though I let them cool down first.

    Half Milk

I was recommended to use this in my hair after I curled it. My hair has a hard time getting curls and keeping them. This doesn't make my hair stiff or sticky, but it doesn't provide any hold either. I feel like my hair feels almost a little greasy from this. It doesn't weigh it down, but the next day I need to wash my hair because it feels unclean. So no new favorite and nothing I would buy again. #lykoreview

    Difference

What is the difference between this and Wella Professionals Invigo Color Brilliance? Other than the fact that the latter is available for both fine and thick hair.

Hey Jenny! 👋🏼 Wella SP Color Save Shampoo and Wella Invigo Color Brilliance are two different color-preserving lines with slightly different focuses. SP Color Save contains ingredients like panthenol and glycerin to strengthen the hair and protect the color, while Invigo Color Brilliance is enriched with dimethicone and vitamins that provide shine and protection, and comes in variants for both fine/normal and coarse hair 🤗 Both shampoos help to preserve the color and keep the hair healthy and shiny 🎨 Have a nice day 🌺

    Gentle cleansing

I have combination and sensitive skin, many cleansers give me itchiness - but I haven't felt anything from this one. I found this bottle in my bathroom cabinet, didn't know I had it 😊. It has a faint citrus scent, mild and fresh. It feels very gentle on my skin. As part of my morning routine, I moisten a cotton pad with this and swipe it over my face - done. I wait a while before applying moisturizer, otherwise my skin feels a bit lightly sticky. So it feels like this also hydrates on its own. In the evening, I prefer double cleansing with oil, another cleanser, and then moisturizer. #lykoreview

    New/updated?

Is this updated, remade, or something similar? I know that I reviewed this several years ago, but my review is no longer there, and the question is why? Could the product have been discontinued and come back in a new version or something similar? I can't remember what I thought and wanted to check it now since I was recommended this by your skin therapist.

Hey Jenny! It's the same content but a different packaging, and unfortunately, they got new article numbers, but I saved the link to the old ones, and you can find all the reviews here: lyko.com/sv/bioderma/bioderma-sensibio-h2o-500-ml-95d80ebb PS. You thought it was really good! I found your review from 3 years ago after a lot of scrolling. And I can only agree 💗 Wishing you a nice Friday and weekend!

    Intensive Toning

I have previously used this toner in other shades. Most recently 4/0, but I didn't think it got as dark as I wanted. This one is supposed to have the same darkness level, but 4/0 has neutral undertones and 4/77 has brown undertones and can therefore be perceived as darker. So I was hoping to get a somewhat darker result this time. The color in the tube could have given me a scare as it was bright orange. The mixture also turned red-orange, but just have to keep calm and hope for the best. But it is indeed strange that orange color can give a dark brown result. This toner does not irritate my sensitive scalp and does not give me a noticeable regrowth. I am already a brunette, but I tone my hair a little darker. The accompanying after-treatment is lovely, the hair becomes soft and shiny. I let this sit for 30 minutes under a plastic cap, as I usually do. The hair became somewhat darker than with 4/0. My hair is not thick, but long - a good bit below the armpits. One package is more than enough for my hair. The downsides are: - the color sticks very much to the skin and can be hard to remove. So be quick! - it washes out quite quickly, even though it is semi-permanent. But I prefer to tone more often than to have regrowth. I would say it's a cross between toning and coloring. Even though I wish the color lasted a bit longer, despite color-preserving shampoo + conditioner, I am satisfied! #lykoreview

    Still no Wow

My hair is long, a good bit below the armpit, with many fine strands. It’s a bit slick and has a mind of its own 😃. I was recommended this to get some texture/grip in my hair. The last time I wrote a review, Lyko replied that I had been too stingy with the amount. I had used a couple of pumps, as stated, but was advised to use 3-4 pumps/strands. So I gave this a second chance and was very generous with the amount. I scrunched the mousse in from the roots and out to the lengths all over my hair. Then I blow-dried my hair upside down until it was half dry, then I switched to a round brush. A little, with emphasis on a little, texture I get in my hair, but it’s not much. My hair simply needs "more" for anything to happen. I get more effect from Antonio Axu’s root lift spray. The mousse is quite light in consistency, and even though it’s a bit sticky, it’s not sufficient. I think it’s too light for my long hair. Because even though my hair isn’t thick, it gets heavy because it’s so long. So nah, this isn’t for me and nothing I would buy again. But good that there was a 30 ml trial pack to test so I didn’t throw my money down the drain. #lykoreview

Hey Jenny! ☺️ How great that you gave the mousse a new chance! This is a light mousse designed to create airiness and volume without weighing the hair down. It shouldn't feel heavy or sticky, but give a light lift – perfect if you want airy hair without extra weight. I understand that your long hair might need a bit more "support" for maximum effect. You can complement it with a root lift spray or another styling product that provides more grip and texture at the roots. One tip is to first apply the mousse and then your Antonio Axu root lift, so you get both volume and lift at the roots 🤗 Take care ☀️

    Wrong size

I have hair a bit below the armpit, many but nice strands. This "bowl" is too thick, for even though my hair is long, it’s not enough to cover this. I think it fits better for thicker hair than mine. #lykoreview

Hey Jenny! 👋🏼☺️ Thanks for your feedback! This one is quite thick and works best if you have a bit more volume or thicker hair 🤗 A tip is to tease the hair a little lightly, then it’s easier to cover the whole "bun" 🍩 Have a nice day 🌻
