So, please start with your last used strength (e.g. 3), but use it 2 times/week at first, then gradually increase to every evening if your skin tolerates it. If you feel uncertain or have reactions, it might be wise to temporarily go back to strength 1. Also, don’t forget SPF during the day – retinal makes the skin sun-sensitive.
