    Toner

Hi! My question is a bit general about toners as I've heard different answers, should it sink into the skin or be rinsed off after use?

Hello there Cassandra 👋😌 A toner should generally be absorbed into the skin and not rinsed off, but some toners that are strongly exfoliating can be rinsed off if you want a milder effect. This toner in our Superduo is very mild and therefore does not need to be rinsed off 😍 Take care! ✨

    Not satisfied at all

Asked for a budget heat protectant and was advised in-store that this one is supposed to be great. I've used it 2-3 times and feel like it makes my lengths look dry and brittle. So I'm not satisfied, unfortunately wasted money.

    Mechanical Peeling

Hi! My question is whether this product is what is called ”mechanical peeling”? Is it a less good option if you have hormonal acne?

Hey! This is an enzyme peeling that is activated with water. It gives a little cleansing feeling from it 😍 I would absolutely recommend this if you have hormonal acne. It peels in a gentle and effective way. Take care!
