Bbia Mascara
Can this mascara be removed with the smuuti skin watermelon sorbet balm?1 product in post Bbia Mascara287 views- Customer service at Lyko1 weekHi Ella Katariina, Thank you for your question! The BBIA Never Die Mascara is waterproof, so I recommend removing it with a separate waterproof eye makeup remover 🥰 I personally use this product to remove the mascara by pouring it onto a cotton pad, and I let the damp cotton pad sit on my lashes for a moment before working it in! lyko.com/en/lancome/lancome-bifacil-eye-75-ml If you want to use just one product, you can also remove it with Smuuti Skin: Watermelon Sorbet Balm, but this requires a bit more effort and possibly a few washes! For this reason, I would recommend first removing the eye makeup with a dedicated remover and then washing your face with the Smuuti balm 🫧 Hope this helps. Have a lovely day!

Makes the makeup clumpy
The makeup doesn't go on smoothly and is terribly matte.1 product in post Makes the makeup clumpy234 views- Customer service at Lyko3 weeksHi Ella, Thank you for your review! I’m so sorry to hear that the product hasn’t worked on your skin as desired 🩷 Here are a few other powder recommendations that can set your makeup and create a more matte finish on the skin, but have a very lightweight texture! lyko.com/en/it-cosmetics/it-cosmetics-bye-bye-pores-pressed-powder-translucent Colorless powder that creates a silky finish! lyko.com/en/laura-mercier/laura-mercier-translucent-loose-setting-powder-translucent-2 Colorless, setting loose powder, but also available in tinted if you prefer a powder with color! Hope these tips help. Sunny day 🌞

I didn't like it
Rolls off and is patchy on the face. The shade is actually quite good.1 product in post I didn't like it6764 views- Customer service at Lyko6 monthsHi Ella! 😊 Thank you for your review! I'm thinking that since this is a powder product, I doubt that the rolling could be due to the products underneath (makeup or skincare) 🤔 As a first tip, I would try to let the liquid products absorb/set properly before applying the powder product! You can also, if you wish, set the liquid/cream products lightly with a setting powder. Secondly, I would try to tap off the excess product from the brush and roll the product a bit on your hand before applying it to your face. The application should be done with light "tapping" motions. 😍🙌🏻 Thirdly, you can try to see if leaving out any skincare/makeup product based on this could help your issue. For example, if the serum doesn't have time to absorb properly, it can (at least for me) cause this 😊 I hope these tips will be helpful. Have a lovely day! ✨
