New favorite loose powder 😍
I fell in love with this Laura Mercier loose powder immediately when I tried it for the first time. It kept my face oil-free all day from morning to night, and my under-eye area looked smooth, and the concealer didn’t start to roll off under my eyes, which happens to me easily. I also have dry skin, and I didn’t get any dry patches at all. Some people say (I was also skeptical at first) that the powder’s color shows up or darkens the underlying makeup shade, even though the shade is 'Translucent', but I recommend using the same brand’s powder puff, namely 'Laura Mercier Velour Puff', which I also used with this loose powder. I took the powder and didn’t apply it directly to my face but patted the excess product with the back of my hand so that the powder blends beautifully into the face and the underlying makeup doesn’t darken on the face.
