Can it be true?!
Have I really found a hair favorite??! 🥹🥹 In a small sample kit from @Kérastase, which I bought from an online store, came their probably most talked-about oil, which I have wanted to try for a long time but thought it was a bit too expensive and probably not as good as they say. So I got excited-happy to finally experience this 'miracle cure' myself: I applied a tiny amount to damp hair and Woooow!! 😲 Never have I had such smooth, beautiful hair in a damp state – no tangles, nope! I didn’t even need to comb (with a wide-tooth comb), just ran my fingers through. And as I said, I only used a tiny bit! 🥰 The scent of the oil is incredibly nice, soft and pleasant, not at all overpowering, which surprised me (positively), as I usually find Kérastase a bit too strong in scent for my taste, but I am scent-sensitive and have migraines, so... I’ve also tried the oil on dry hair; even less is needed, 1 pump is enough for me. The hair instantly becomes soft, shiny, completely frizz-free, looks well cared for, feels lightweight and smells heavenly (pleasantly mild). 🥰 The oil is also very economical, neither sticky nor greasy, leaves no residue and doesn’t weigh the hair down. Yes, now I can absolutely understand the hype!! 🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟 As a cheaper alternative/dupe to this, L’Oréal’s Elvital Extraordinary Oil is mentioned. I’ve tried that too and don’t think it matches up. I liked Kérastase much better! It was a bit lighter in texture, smelled much better and was much more economical. With L’Oréal, my hair felt greasy and not nearly as cared for and nice. It weighed the hair down and felt oily. Also, I had to use 2-3 times as much for a result I was happy with. By the way: The morning after applying the oil (I washed my hair the afternoon before), I woke up with incredibly nice hair! No hair ties, no frizz – just softness, shine, smoothness and lightness! What a feeling! 🥰🥰 I barely needed to brush through my hair – and the best part: it lasted all day – I haven’t used more oil or other products to not distort the result! I am more than thrilled!
