Not a highlight
Had Vanilla and Cool Sand and it’s actually unbelievable how poor the effect is. I’ve had them on for 40-45 minutes and still haven’t noticed any results, even though I’m bleached and highlighted.1 product in post Not a highlight2661 views- 5 monthsWhy do I keep pampering myself? Bought Pearl hoping for a little change, but after half an hour my hair hasn't changed shade, it just feels over-moisturized 😒
