Do I dare to buy?
I have read the reviews and seen that some seem to have received products that were dry and grainy. I would really like to try the product, but I wonder how it works if I were to get a copy with that problem. Can I then complain about the product and get a new one, or get the full amount refunded? If the product is replaced, are there any new shipping costs or other fees? 8.1 pigment?
What pigments/colors are in 8.1? Is it just ash or is there something more?
