Doesn't work for thin and fine hair
I bought these in hopes of finally finding some hair ties that work in thin hair, I am constantly searching. Unfortunately, I was disappointed yet again. However, I can imagine they work well for those who have slightly thicker hair than I do, because the quality of the product itself feels good. I am giving the lowest rating because I feel misled by the text in the product description where it says they "stay securely where you put them."1 product in post Doesn't work for thin and fine hair15 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 3 daysHi Madeleine! 😃👋🏻 What a shame that the hair ties didn't work for your thin, fine hair. The description that they "sit securely where you placed them" is general, but we understand that it can vary for different hair types 💇🏻♀️ Some tips that might help are to choose hair ties with a smaller diameter or to make an extra turn around the ponytail for more tension. Giving the hair a bit of texture with dry shampoo or a texture spray before styling can also provide better grip. Spiral hair ties or variants with a light grip might be worth trying if you find that the smooth hair ties slip 💕 We will take your feedback about the description into account and pass it on to our content team so that we can improve it. Thank you for sharing your experience! 🌷

Wondering about the color options
I've been looking at these for a while but I'm hesitant because of the color options, all the colors look a bit too cool for my hair which has red tones. I'm wondering if I can find them in your stores to check if any of the colors work for my hair?1 product in post Wondering about the color options699 views- The comment was made 4 monthsThank you for the response, Emma :-) I’m sure the tests are really good, but... unfortunately, your app is super annoying to use. I want to be able to do this kind of stuff on a computer and not on my phone. There are more than just me who aren’t so fond of using the app. Have a nice day <3

Unpleasant scent
The function of this product is super good, it gets 5 stars. However, the horrible scent brings the rating down to only 2 stars. It’s a sharp, chemical smell that reminds me of something sprayed in a port-a-potty to mask other odors. Yes, you hear that I am disappointed. Kérastase is otherwise one of my favorite brands and I have always found that the other products I have tried smell wonderfully delightful, even addictive. I especially love the scent of the Densifique products. Mmmm :-D!1 product in post Unpleasant scent4727 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. How are the colors?
Hi! I have been using the Lumene CC Color Correcting Cream in color 2 Medium for a while and I am satisfied. I am now considering a slightly darker shade for spring and summer. Are the colors 3 and 4 Tan different dark? Are they warm, cool, or neutral in shades? I was also surprised when I saw in the slideshow above that on one of the color samples it says "MEDIUM - COOL" - does that refer to color 2 Medium? I perceive the color rather as warm...? But, regardless, it’s the colors 3 and 4 that I’m most curious about :-)1 product in post How are the colors?1101 views - The post was made 1 years
How do I find a good eyebrow dye again?
That it should be so hard to find a good product to dye eyebrows... I have used Depend Lash & Brow Dye (the quick dye variant) for years and have been super satisfied. Tried others in between but always returned to the best, which is the one where you start by moistening the eyebrows with a liquid from a small bottle and then apply the color cream from a tube. Quick and easy, no waiting times and no mess with mixing color with a stick in a wobbly plastic cup. Unfortunately, it seems that my favorite has been discontinued. Searching and searching but wondering where I can find a good, quick, and easy replacement? I don't want to mess around with mixing. If anyone has a good tip, I would be very grateful :-D1 product in post How do I find a good eyebrow dye again?1737 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Madeleine Oh, it’s never fun when favorites disappear from the lineup, and unfortunately, I can’t find any similar brow color where the liquid and color need to be mixed before application I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Depend or some other brand will come out with a similar product in the future that could become a new favorite All the best! ✨
