  Hi Nathalie! 👋 There is no information on how Cicamed Scar works together with the LED mask, so I can't promise anything there. The instructions for your mask are the best source, as they show how the skin should look when you use it. If you want both in your routine, it makes sense to use the mask first and then apply Cicamed Scar. It should be applied on clean, dry skin and allowed to dry before SPF or makeup 🤍

Sold out again?
I've missed this twice in a row now. How can it be sold out every time after just a few hours? Why don't you stock more so it lasts a while? Also, it takes forever every time before it's back in stock. Now I'll unfortunately have to order this somewhere else.

  Hello Nathalie 👋 So typical that the product sold out before you could place your order 🤍 The reason the product sells out so quickly after the alert email is sent is probably because we received one or a few returned items. Since our system automatically sends the alert email when the product is in stock, it might be a very limited quantity. I hope we get a larger batch in stock soon 🥰 All the best!

The pads are drier than before
Before this was changed, the product was called Elexir. Back then, these pads were much better. They were more soaked in liquid. Now when you take a pad, it’s not nearly as wet and you feel like you need to use 2 pads instead of one. Why has the content been changed and become worse?

  Thanks for the response. I've had my jar with pass for a while, but they were already drier from the start. And the pads aren't much wetter further down either. I definitely notice a big difference. However, this is the first jar since the name change, so I don't know how my other jar will be. But it feels like it will be like this one. But I can always hope it's like before.
