    Everyday Makeup 💄

    Hello hi, Lykosar! ❤️ It’s been a while, but now I have (once again) found inspiration to play with makeup. I’ve realized that I’ve missed just sitting and experimenting with all the facets of makeup.🤩 and, it’s a plus for me to lose track of time and space, which leads to less room for my anxiety to take the helm for the slightest change in my daily life. 🥰 This time I completely skipped eyeshadow, as I can’t find my primer for the eyelids because I suffer from incredibly oily lids… 😅 but, we (let’s say I have multiple personalities 🤪) have tried to only do the base and worked in blush/bronzer at the eyes/eyebrows. I had planned to put on some eyeshadow but no, I don’t dare to do the base before the eyes - but one day I will (dare) to try doing the base first and then the eyes. 🙈 Something else that has given me the feeling of "wow, but I can too!!!" is trying out contouring. Thanks to Elf’s camo liquid bronzer & contour, I’ve managed to get it right - as it is actually so cool in tone that it mimics contour for my skin. And then I warmed up my face with a, for me, now bronzer from Milani. Which has made me realize how much I’ve missed Milani’s products. 🥹🙈

    Incredibly beautiful! 🤩

    I have now had this beauty at home for a while and have looked at it incredibly much but haven't dared to use the palette just because it is so incredibly beautiful! 😍🤩 Unfortunately, some of these colors are not made to be in the eye area, and unfortunately, it is exactly those colors that I was looking forward to using the most... but, as I said, it is incredibly beautiful and it will be moving into my palette collection. 🥰 (I tried to write this review via the Lyko app, but the app refused to upload pictures/videos, so now I have gotten it to work via the website 😍)

    No, no, and again no.

    I bought these because I read the reviews (both on the website and in the app) and thought “maybe these will work better than Nivea's strips…”. I tested them right after they were delivered here, and the first impression was that they look cute and maybe a good size for my nose - which they are. But unfortunately, this is where it goes downhill… I followed the instructions “to a T!” and let the strip sit for only 10 minutes, which is the shortest time they recommend on the packaging. During the treatment, there were no issues, aside from a strong scent, and I could barely feel the strip when I yawned (which I did with Nivea), and took off the strip when the timer rang. That was when I felt that it was stuck like glue on my nose. I thought “aha, is this how it’s supposed to feel when the product is supposed to pick up dirt from the pores”, and got it off after some fiddling. 10 minutes later, my nose felt sore and a bit too dry, so I went to the mirror and saw to my horror - a reaction on the skin right where the strip had been. The bottom line: I unfortunately will not buy these again, due to the reaction, which is a shame because the size of the strip was good. I’m glad it’s not the city’s most expensive product that didn’t work for me, so it doesn’t feel like I’ve “thrown money down the drain.”

    Not what I expected…

    So I had a whim to get rid of my red hair and try to go back to a more “natural” hair color, i.e., back to my Scandinavian original color. I know it wouldn’t go back after one time, but I thought all the red would wash out, and then I could put a toner on afterward. But no. It feels a bit pointless to have held on for so long with the stench, plastic wrap, and heat (three things I have such a hard time with) for a nonexistent result. I do NOT recommend this product. (And no, I didn’t buy the product through Lyko but at Ica, but it’s exactly the same product)

      Hey Michelle 🤗 Just like Therese says, red tones can stick like glue, and a second round with colorless may be needed. I still think you got a very nice result from one round 🤍 Remember to wait about a week before you put a toner in your hair to avoid risking any chemical reaction. So you get the color you want 🙏

    Lite bättre än okej men inte tillräckligt bra…

    Denna #lykoinflutester blev lite nojig när ett Mail trillade in med info om kommande testprodukter för håret då en några dagar innan hade färgat håret - men blev så lättad över att det var ett hår-kit från #redken för just färgat hår! ☺️ Jag tycker förpackningarna är stilrena, älskar holografiska ting, och blev fundersam över flaskans kork i och med hur den är formad. ”Ska man hälla denna ur flaskan? Fränt om det är så!” Men till min besvikelse så var det bara en klassisk öppning under locket… men nu vidare till själva produkten: balsamet.😉 Själva balsamet i sig har inga färgämnen, vilket för mig är ett plus. Den påminner som vilket balsam som helst men sjunker in snabbt i håret och reder ut knutar en lyckats få under dagen. ☺️ Dessvärre är doften/lukten mer åt citron än jag trott och tycker om, men det i sig är inte så konstigt - balsamet, såsom schampot, har ju citronsyra i sig. 😂 Ska vara sagt att håret känns väldigt uppfriskat och jag kan hålla med redkens egna före/efter-bilder vid första användningen. 👍🏼 Dessvärre så kan jag inte direkt rekommendera denna produktserie för de som har färgat håret rött - jag har väldigt väldigt väldigt lite rött kvar i mitt hår efter denna period. 😔
