Eyebrow Musings
I've been going back and forth over the last day about whether to shave off the "tail" on my eyebrows. So I tried to put makeup over the part I was thinking about, but I'm having a hard time deciding how I feel about the whole thing, didn't really get any clearer by doing it this way. 🥸 My husband can't help either because he says he honestly can't see the difference! 🤦😂😂😂 There are both pros and cons to it all, so I'm turning to this part of the internet and hoping for some wise words. ✨110 views- The comment was made 2 daysPersonally, I can recommend keeping it, and instead, putting makeup over the "tail" when you feel like something different❤️ I have actually done what you are considering, and I regretted it. The hair grows very unevenly.😭1 likes

Talk about getting rusty at creating more advanced eyes… 😂😂😂 but I'm glad I didn't give up, but just kept going even though my eyes always want to twitch as soon as I work with any pencil/brush near the tear duct. 🙈🙈🙈 I'm thinking about creating something more 'everyday' with this palette, or maybe something that has more red/pink/magenta in it since the palette… hmm… 🤔 what do you think?12 products in the look Trust the process (don't give up!)Michelle

When I first saw the palette here on Lyko, I thought, “the only palette that has just the colors I want, so I have to(!) try this. But I wonder how the quality is…”, just because of the colors. I haven’t heard or tested anything from #PAESE and there were neither reviews nor pictures from lykosar, so for me, it became a bit of a gamble. And yes… 😍🤩11 products in the look Cold crush by PAESE209 views- The comment was made 1 weekMay I ask! Do you have any filter? Because it looks so freaking cool 😂 Like your eyes and eyeshadow are highlighted. Sick pretty 👌🏼😍

Half & half
Hello hi, Lykosar! 🥰 Long time no see, but a lot has happened lately. But finally, there’s both time and space to play with makeup - even though the cats here at home are a bit too nosy sometimes. 😂 This time I’ve tested products that I haven’t used in a long time, but I think I bought the wrong shade of cc-cream since it’s actually darker than my skin. I didn’t think there was such a big difference between the newer version of Lumene’s CC-cream compared to the older version (which I used a few years ago), but oh well… 🙈6 products in post Half & half - The post was made 1 monthRating: 1 out of 5
Review for shades 60, 62, 63
I have now owned these eyeshadow pencils for a longer period and have also tested them multiple times to try to get them to work. Neither brushes, soft or a bit harder, nor fingers have gotten the products to blend out. It is as a previous review has written - a sticky crayon that sits like a rock in the ground before you even have time to pick up a brush/finger to blend the color nicely. I have also tried to "warm" the stick on the back of my hand, about like when you use foundation, and swirled the brush in the color then on the eyelid. All pigment stuck to both hand as well as the brush head. In other words, nothing I recommend - had trouble washing the eyeshadow off my hand… 😂 I have tried with and without primer, no difference in the result. In the picture, I have tried to work on a sort of smokey eye with three colors (as mentioned below) and unfortunately it didn’t go so well, as the products lifted each other or disappeared and yes… both patchy and very dry - despite moisturizing beforehand. 🥸 Incredibly sad as the colors 60 Bare Beige, 63 Cool Taupe, and 62 True Brown are incredibly beautiful and make you want to create a quick neutral smokey eye or a soft cut crease. 😩 Especially 63 Cool Taupe… I want soooooo badly to have that color on my eyelids. So if anyone has tips for a shadow in that color - please share! 🤩1 product in post Review for shades 60, 62, 63437 views- The comment was made 2 weeksI have no experience with these, but I LOVE Bobbi Brown's eye shadow stick in the color taupe, so it might be worth trying?1 likes

Mini is really mini
So I ordered these (both kits) to see which shade might potentially be a purchase for original size, as the neutral tones are very similar to another favorite that is no longer sold here… but I can just point out that the product images really deceive the eye a lot. These minis are REALLY mini. One of the packages fills a QUARTER of the package, not half the package as one might almost think it could be. So because of the incredibly mini size, this product gets a three, it would surely have gotten better if ABH had used the whole package by filling the package with two products and not one half of the package with two products while the other half is air. Really a waste of paper…1 product in post Mini is really mini214 views Michelle

Hello hi, Lykosar! ❤️ It’s been a while, but now I have (once again) found inspiration to play with makeup. I’ve realized that I’ve missed just sitting and experimenting with all the facets of makeup.🤩 and, it’s a plus for me to lose track of time and space, which leads to less room for my anxiety to take the helm for the slightest change in my daily life. 🥰 This time I completely skipped eyeshadow, as I can’t find my primer for the eyelids because I suffer from incredibly oily lids… 😅 but, we (let’s say I have multiple personalities 🤪) have tried to only do the base and worked in blush/bronzer at the eyes/eyebrows. I had planned to put on some eyeshadow but no, I don’t dare to do the base before the eyes - but one day I will (dare) to try doing the base first and then the eyes. 🙈 Something else that has given me the feeling of "wow, but I can too!!!" is trying out contouring. Thanks to Elf’s camo liquid bronzer & contour, I’ve managed to get it right - as it is actually so cool in tone that it mimics contour for my skin. And then I warmed up my face with a, for me, now bronzer from Milani. Which has made me realize how much I’ve missed Milani’s products. 🥹🙈11 products in the look Everyday Makeup 💄- The post was made 8 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Incredibly beautiful! 🤩
I have now had this beauty at home for a while and have looked at it incredibly much but haven't dared to use the palette just because it is so incredibly beautiful! 😍🤩 Unfortunately, some of these colors are not made to be in the eye area, and unfortunately, it is exactly those colors that I was looking forward to using the most... but, as I said, it is incredibly beautiful and it will be moving into my palette collection. 🥰 (I tried to write this review via the Lyko app, but the app refused to upload pictures/videos, so now I have gotten it to work via the website 😍)1 product in post Incredibly beautiful! 🤩2225 views - The post was made 8 monthsRating: 2 out of 5verified customer
No, no, and again no.
I bought these because I read the reviews (both on the website and in the app) and thought “maybe these will work better than Nivea's strips…”. I tested them right after they were delivered here, and the first impression was that they look cute and maybe a good size for my nose - which they are. But unfortunately, this is where it goes downhill… I followed the instructions “to a T!” and let the strip sit for only 10 minutes, which is the shortest time they recommend on the packaging. During the treatment, there were no issues, aside from a strong scent, and I could barely feel the strip when I yawned (which I did with Nivea), and took off the strip when the timer rang. That was when I felt that it was stuck like glue on my nose. I thought “aha, is this how it’s supposed to feel when the product is supposed to pick up dirt from the pores”, and got it off after some fiddling. 10 minutes later, my nose felt sore and a bit too dry, so I went to the mirror and saw to my horror - a reaction on the skin right where the strip had been. The bottom line: I unfortunately will not buy these again, due to the reaction, which is a shame because the size of the strip was good. I’m glad it’s not the city’s most expensive product that didn’t work for me, so it doesn’t feel like I’ve “thrown money down the drain.”1 product in post No, no, and again no.1110 views- The comment was made 8 monthsI use tricks that I got from you in another review as a Lyko influencer, so I’m not worried about this ☺️

Not what I expected…
So I had a whim to get rid of my red hair and try to go back to a more “natural” hair color, i.e., back to my Scandinavian original color. I know it wouldn’t go back after one time, but I thought all the red would wash out, and then I could put a toner on afterward. But no. It feels a bit pointless to have held on for so long with the stench, plastic wrap, and heat (three things I have such a hard time with) for a nonexistent result. I do NOT recommend this product. (And no, I didn’t buy the product through Lyko but at Ica, but it’s exactly the same product)1 product in post Not what I expected…8490 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Michelle 🤗 Just like Therese says, red tones can stick like glue, and a second round with colorless may be needed. I still think you got a very nice result from one round 🤍 Remember to wait about a week before you put a toner in your hair to avoid risking any chemical reaction. So you get the color you want 🙏3 likes
