Moisturizer / Day Cream Comparison
#certifiedbuyer #chasinerabbits #toneupcream purito La Roche-Posay COSRX Tried changing my summer routine last May this year with this Chasin’ Rabbits cream comparing it to my exisiting day creams La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume and purito Panthenol Cream. I find this All About Glow Tone Up cream quite on the heavy side texture - more matt finish than glowing and it also gave me a Geisha finish with just a pea size usage. Did not get a noticeable glow after several weeks trying it and would not recommend applying these under makeup. I ended using it as my WFH AM routine cream. Meanwhile 2 of my top fave day cream, are still La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume and purito Panthenol Cream. Both are super light weight, non greasy, hydrating cream and also finishes with a glow on my face. Great for dry and combination skin type like me. Meanwhile I had to try erborian kit Bye Bye CC Red corrector that came with a small tube of Centella Crème since I’ve got redness around my nasolabial folds and the CC corrector crème works like magic ✨ and made concealing flawless for me. But unfortunately the Centella Moisturiser Creme that I had to try, has a smell that wasn’t pleasant. Else the texture is more on the glycerin, shea butterish side. I wish it didn’t had that scent. Meanwhile the COSRX Snail 92 All In One crème would be one of my alternative night cream that work as an overnight deep skin repair cream for me and helps fade marks and strengthen skin when healing from blemishes or pimple scars. Texture is more on the gel-creamy side, more wet / dewy feel - since it’s 92% snail mucin, hyaluronic acid. Shower’ Rich Care Showe Oil 200ml
This shower oil feels light not greasy at all, mild scented with natural oils ideally great for daily showers if your skin type is normal to dry skin like mine. In my palm the shower oil may start off as rich oil and does becomes soft milky foam as its spread off. After rinsing with water, skin feels cleansed, nourished, like leaving a protective soft smooth layer on my skin without greasiness. And would recommend buying. Would love to see these in 400ml/800ml/1000ml in bottle size with pump. NIVEA💙always Comparably I tried a bottle of The RITUALS of Ayurveda Shower Oil that does have a scent of Sweet almond oil and warm floral Indian rose that was gifted to me. This would work ideally for all skin type but not for those too sensitive with strong scent. It does give a spa-like experience as this shower oil felt silky then forms a light, milky foam as applied, does deeply moisturises, leaves skin soft & aromatic. I had finish a tube of Beauty of Joseon as my comparison to this cream. Vichy is just the greatest option locally in and around Europe. I recommend Vichy Capital Soleil if you want a dermatology-grade anti-aging sun protection, and if you live in the city (me as an Urban commuter) or if you have pigmentation concerns. This cream is great part of my daytime routine with or without make up. I am the happiest customer with the Stylpro’s best make up cleaner and dryer which I started using. With this it just reduce my hours cleaning all my make up brushes. This mascara is one of my favourite apart from Lancôme. With my stubborn Asian short straight lashes, these mascara made my life easier. Great for a natural wide-eyed look, it’s smudge-resistant, lovely soft dark brown and not dark as black. Inlove with this Lancôme idole mascara in shade 02 brown (purchase this year, February) as I finished trying their black shade. Then I had to try their brown pigment. These ones are rare, Lancôme shade falls in a reddish-dark brown tint ideal for warm-toned looks. I wish they’d come up with more chocolatey dark brown in future. This Lancôme mascara infused with shea butter and jojoba oil, providing conditioning benefits while you wear it. However, it’s not 100% vegan, its formula does not clump my lashes, gives a full look separating each lash, feels nourishing and light.
