However, I have never experienced a worse delivery than Lyko. There are few times when the delivery arrives on the promised delivery date. It said that my package would be delivered on Saturday, and based on that delivery date, I placed an order (ordered 10 days in advance), but still, the old delivery date managed to change to Sunday. Since I am leaving on Sunday, I will no longer have any use for the package as I need the items in the package for my trip. Customer service, as usual, cannot help. - The comment was made 1 yearsThe tip is to put it in the freezer overnight and then sharpen it, it works on all pencils that are a bit too soft to sharpen well. I prefer the ones you twist up just because of the difficulty in sharpening a really soft pencil.1 likes
