    Lighten up the hair

Can I use, for example, 8.0 blonde to lighten 1-2 levels?

Hey Sofie 💗 Uncolored hair can be lightened a bit by this hair dye, but I actually want to recommend that you instead take our Hair Color Test where our star hairdressers and hair experts can help you find the products and methods that can give you your desired result 🥰 You can find the test in our app under BeautyScan and it’s completely free - so I hope you want to try it! 💗 Good luck and take care of yourself!

    Universal light copper 8

This color doesn't seem to hold as well on the regrowth, i.e. the uncolored hair. Is there anything that can be done to make it hold better next time, or could it be that my natural hair color is too dark? I'm dark blonde but want a light copper color that isn't too intense.

Hey Sofie! ☺️ There can be several reasons why the color doesn't adhere as well to the roots. Since you are dark blonde and the color is a light copper shade, it may require some lightening for the color to show properly. Excellence Crème is a permanent color with some lightening ability, but if your hair is too dark, it may still give a more muted result on the roots compared to the lengths. Uncolored hair takes color differently. Uncolored hair (roots) retains its natural pigment structure, while the lengths may be more porous and therefore absorb the color better. I hope this gives you a bit more clarity regarding possible reasons! If you have more questions, you are warmly welcome to reach out to our customer support, we are happy to help you! 🤎 Take care!

    Copper

Is there anything you can do to get a less intense color? I want copper-colored hair but not such an intense color, is there something you can put in your hair or mix to make it a 'softer' color?

Hey Sofie! 👋🏼 This color doesn't really have a perfect match to dilute the pigments with, so I thought I would recommend that you check out the colors from Olia instead 🎨 With these, you can mix their copper color with a natural color to get a less intense shade 🧡 How much of each you mix is up to you depending on the desired intensity. Copper: lyko.com/sv/garnier/garnier-olia-7.40-intense-copper Natural color: lyko.com/sv/garnier/garnier-olia-7.0-dark-blond This mixture also has the same lightness as 921 👌🏼 Hope this could be helpful! Take care ☃️

    Angel Veil

Is this one like the Angel Veil primer that doesn't seem to exist anymore?

Hey Sofie Both are primers, but they have slightly different properties 😊 Angel Veil gives a more matte finish, while Plump Right Back gives more glow and a hydrated feel ✨ Take care! 🥰

    What shade?

Hi! I have used Four Reasons Take away color 5.0, which is a cool brown shade, would you say I can replace it with 5.0 from Olia? Best, Sofie
