This can be because the supplier needs to examine the product more closely to assess the fault. Of course, we try to avoid unnecessary returns when we can, but in some cases, we need to follow this process to be able to proceed with the complaint. I also understand that it can feel inconvenient and that you react based on environmental concerns, cost, and the hassle of sending the product back 🌱
