I started by ordering Ola Plex no3 at home because it has worked on my hair before. After that, a hairdresser's scissors, I cut a bit off the worst damaged ends. I also started using an old serum that I've had for a few years (maybe not optimal, but vaf*n) while waiting for a new hair oil. And I bought a conditioning spray with UV protection.
