    Bad Lyko

    Naaaaaaah Lyko, I usually love your boxes but this one was a really big disappointment. You charge more than you usually do and the box contains a large portion of samples and mini sizes. Never before have you made a box with such meager content and on top of that more expensive than usual, how you calculated the value is laughable since many of the products are free samples that shouldn't be sold. Please redo it and do it right, your boxes are appreciated because of the generous content and the opportunity to try new brands, don't lose that quality you used to have, product samples should be given for free and not charged for! Besides this, a product is missing 😨

If a product is missing from your box, you are warmly welcome to register a complaint, and I will help you further 🤗 The contents and value of the boxes are always stated in the description, so you know what is included before you order ✨ 1. To register a return or complaint request, log in to Your account 2. Click on MY PAGES 3. Then select Order history 4. Click on the current order number for the items you wish to return/complain about 5. Click on RETURN/COMPLAIN 6. Fill in the quantity and return/complaint reason in the text box under the selected product 7. To speed up the complaint handling, you can upload a picture of the current damage/complaint reason under UPLOAD PICTURES (only applies to complaints) 8. Confirm by clicking SEND Have a nice day 🍂
