Use:
Step 1: Dry teeth thoroughly before use. Step 2: Peel off the long strip and apply the sticky side to the upper teeth. Press the strips firmly. Repeat with the short strip on the lower teeth and fold over the back of the teeth to secure, leaving the strip on for 30 minutes to complete the whitening treatment. Avoid eating and drinking during this time. Step 3: Then take the strip and rinse your mouth with water. Note: Use 1/day, 14 day treatment. Use 2/day, 7 day treatment.
