It applies as a creamy liquid but after a few minutes it dries to an ultra comfortable matte finish. Use:
Apply to bare lips and allow a few minutes for it to dry down to a matte finish. Avoid oily/greasy foods.
Pro Tips: Exfoliate and keep your lips hydrated. Use our Lip Reveal lip balm to hydrate lips and blot off any excess prior to application.
Clean up the lip line! Use our concealer brush to apply a little concealer or foundation around the border of the lips.
