Best product for slugging! I apply it under my eyes about an hour before I go to sleep. Have used it off and on for 20 years! Also perfect during winter to protect the skin under the eyes, which is so thin, as fine lines become more pronounced in dry weather and with moisture loss! Warm the product between your fingertips before applying and note that it is very economical, so you need very little product each time. If you have dry or normal skin, you need this! ❤️188 views
