Incredibly disappointing product and "hyped". Bought this product on Lyko because it is my favorite online store. I have long wondered if I should try the Dyson Airwrap, but haven't done it due to the cost. Decided to try it when Lyko started selling it, and was incredibly disappointed. The product created bad curls no matter how you used it. After following tips and advice online, you get some volume, but it falls out again immediately. Over 5200 kr for this product is a scandal. Now I at least don't have to wonder if it's worth the money. The product was sent back hoping for a refund, but I did not get it. On Dyson's website, you can test it for 30 days and return it. I expected the same here since the price is so high and Dyson itself offers a trial period. A tip if you want to try Dyson is to buy directly from Dyson, because there you at least get your money back with a satisfaction guarantee or right of withdrawal. I am shocked and disappointed. The worst and most expensive product I have bought. It is not clearly stated enough that this product cannot be returned to Lyko if the package is opened. They write discreetly when you scroll all the way down the page: "Return and withdrawal rights only apply to unopened packaging." In other words, you cannot OPEN the product you bought for many thousands of kroner. I did not see this before I ordered and decided to send it back. I simply feel scammed.
