Nourishing but doesn't promote growth
I've been using this on my lashes and brows 2 times daily for 11 weeks now before it ran out. I didn't notice any effect on the growth of lashes or brow hairs, but I believe it has nourished and cared for the hair. I've had little lash loss while using it. Where is the effect…?
I've been using it about every other day for a couple of months. Was looking forward to thicker brows and longer lashes.
