    I have this at home but don't really get it

    Should you wet the compress to remove them from your face, or should you leave the compress dry?🙄 grateful for an answer🙏

      Hey Anna Sofia! Warm up a bit between your hands - massage over dry skin - add a little water - massage again until everything dissolves - rinse off with water and possibly use a damp compress for help. I know it’s not that easy if you haven’t used balm before 🤍 Take care!

    Hi, what is the difference between the yellow and pink jar? I have tried to see if it is dry or oily but can't find it.

      Hey Maria! ✨ The one called Pro-Collagen Rose is more for sensitive skin as it is milder and has a soothing scent. While Pro-Collagen above is a bit tougher as it contains some essential oils and herbs 🥰🙏 Both are equally effective, so the choice in the jar is simply how your skin is and what feeling you want!

    Smells strong

    Luxurious packaging, lovely consistency, and cleans well, but I didn't dare to wash off eye makeup with this because of the strong perfume scent. I, who am super dry and sensitive, felt a bit tight after using this.

    Remove everything!!

    I won this in a competition here on Lyko and don’t need to write a review, but I choose to do it<3 This cleansing balm is incredibly good and removes all makeup, it’s a bit pricey but worth it💖 it’s quite economical in use and you don’t need much of it! This is absolutely the best cleansing balm I’ve tried and I will buy it again🤖🏽 highly recommend even though it’s a bit priceyyy:) #ELEMIS
