    NEED water-based top coat

    Fun designs but unfortunately they get deformed by my regular top coat with Ethyl Acetate & Butyl Acetate. Essence often has good stickers (compared to their pink color-changing sticker on the thumb in the picture, which I also had other designs from on my other hand without them deforming at all) but sometimes they have some formula deviation that makes them deform from regular solvents. Luckily, I still have two bottles left of their water-based top coat that they sold for their chrome powder, but Essence needs to sell them again.
