    good primer at a good price!

    keeps the makeup in place all day, works really well for the price. the pump might not be the best, and the product can easily fly a bit here and there if you try to apply it directly to the face, but this is a small downside compared to the product's excellent price-quality ratio.

    Oof… 💀

    Erm… i love essence but this one was not it for me. It made my makeup dry and cakey, especially by the eye, nose and chin. It did also give me a few zits so i don’t recommend it for the people with sensitive skin :/ Also the pump was weird! I don’t know if it was broken, but sometimes it gave me no products at all or it would spurt it everywhere!

    Is this product acne-friendly

    I want a slightly moisturizing primer that also keeps the makeup in place during the school day but needs to be cheap. After 2 years of hesitating, I got the ELF power grip primer as a gift from my friend, but I started getting more pimples every time I used it. The same with the ELF halo glow flawless filter. I tried the Catrice soft glam filter and didn’t get any pimples from it, but it starts to smell pretty bad pretty quickly, so I would need a recommendation for both primer and foundation.

      Hey 😊👋 Jelly primers like this are often used for acne-prone skin thanks to their sticky gel consistency that helps makeup adhere better without a heavy oily finish 🥰 How would you otherwise describe your skin type?     Affordable

    I think this primer is good for its price. It sinks easily into the skin and really gives some moisture, which benefits my skin before the makeup is applied. Doesn't smell bad, which I sometimes think certain primers do. Great budget option.

    Good product!

    I like the consistency! Not too sticky and spreads easily, doesn't dry out. Helps keep the makeup looking good :) Minus for the quite strong scent that reminds me of some axe :D in a way quite fresh. Also, the pump mechanism has started to get stuck towards the end of the product's lifespan, the last drops will probably have to be scooped from the bottom of the jar.
