  Bad pigment

  Very bad pigment in it, I saw another comment that criticized this before I bought it, but thought, oh well, you just have to apply more layers! But no.. not only is it watery and streaky, but the tip of the "brush" also dried out after just a few uses. If you try to build it up with more layers for more color, you quickly realize that it just becomes like a crust on the skin instead.. nah.. not really impressed actually

  Worth the Price

  An eyeliner worth its price. It has a nice color (brown) and is easy to handle. Unfortunately, the tip gets bent/discolored quite quickly, but it doesn't matter that much.
