Disappointed

Quickly wipe off excess water and use a little less amount, massage the product in for 10–15 seconds until it sets and becomes more slippery than runny. Do you suspect there is something defective with the product? If so, you are warmly welcome to register a complaint via your Lyko account by going to My Pages → Order History → select current order → Complain. Then follow the steps there and submit your case.
