Delightfully cooling but not too much, and a slight "drying" effect (perfect for a bit of musty feet). I was actually looking for a more moisturizing foot cream and didn’t read the product description properly, but I absolutely liked this for its intended purposes. I physically felt a difference in my skin already after a week (the skin felt somehow firmer), but the visible results I had hoped for did not appear. I also experienced that my skin became more uneven and that I got slightly more pimples. And the stickiness... it’s definitely a vitamin C product. My lashes like to grow a bit all over the place, which often causes clumps, but this usually keeps the problem to a minimum. It also doesn’t run noticeably during the day. I tend to get irritated skin with lots of pimples towards the end of my menstrual cycle, but since I started using this, the problems have lessened. The cream is quite economical and the tube is large, so definitely good value for money. To start with, the product has a very special scent, like fermented perfume roughly (though I like the scent). It is very thick and completely milky, so sometimes it’s hard to see if you’ve actually gotten anything on the dropper. This brings us to my next concern: it leaves a sticky film and takes loooong to absorb. My skin needs more moisture than this can provide, so I ended up going back to my old serum quite quickly. The combination of ceramides + retinol is GOLD!! My picky skin loves it (no pimples or redness), the skin has become firm and feels noticeably hydrated. Quickly wipe off excess water and use a little less amount, massage the product in for 10–15 seconds until it sets and becomes more slippery than runny. Do you suspect there is something defective with the product?
