Sophie Elise is passionate about beauty and is a big consumer of self tan products herself. She has therefore tried most brands in the market and is a self-proclaimed "expert" on self tan products.

Sophie Elise is extremely concerned about animal welfare, and she and Elle Basic have had very clear wishes and strict requirements for everything from production, packaging and how we can produce ethically good products in the most sustainable way without having to continue to compromise on the quality of the formulas.

Since day one, we have had a strong focus on minimizing and avoiding all unnecessary packaging and therefore minimizing the use of plastic.
