    Can shampoo and conditioner + hair mask be used for medium/thick hair, and can it be used for dark colored hair?

Usage:
Wash your hair as you normally would. Towel dry your hair gently. Carefully squeeze the excess water from your hair with the towel. Do not rub your hair with the towel as it can cause frizz or lead to breakage. If the shampoo gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
